The political fight over an auto body repair shop that would like to open in Poway Business Park is moving from the City Hall to the courtroom.
The man who bought the 32,000-square-foot building on Gregg Street is being sued by another auto body shop in town because of an environmental issue with the building that was bought. This dispute has been going on for awhile now, because of a act called California Environmental Quality Act, the act is the, for the most part the reason why this building is not being used in the area.
